There are seven chakras, or energy centers, in the body that can become blocked by long-held tensions. Practicing poses that correspond to each chakra can help release “blocks” and tension and allow us more ease in our body and mind. Our “Chakra Sunday” classes focus on a different chakra or energy center each week to help balance our bodies and minds, in addition to building strength and flexibility. Come with an open mind and heart!
