Join Sarah for a fun, introductory, class on Surya Namaskar A and B. These two sequences are usually referred to as sun salutations and are at the heart or foundation of the vinyasa yoga tradition. Students can expect to leave knowing how to do sun salutations safely. The individual poses will be reviewed in detail, modifications for the poses will be discussed, each pose will be practiced with breath, and all of the poses will be linked together. The is a great class for students new to yoga and for others interested in refining their existing practice. Please Pre-register on the MINDBODY app.
