Much has been made in recent years about the many stress-reducing health benefits of meditation. In this workshop, we will combine gentle yoga with instruction in mindfulness meditation so that you can experience how these two practices complement each other. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced mediator, this workshop will provide an opportunity to deepen your practice and bring more ease to your life.

This 1 1/2-hour workshop is also designed to support students during “Mindful December” at the studio, where students are invited to come early to class and begin the yoga practice with a brief period of meditation.
