Yoga for Men

Men can reap many benefits from a regular yoga practice including, increased flexibility and strength, weight loss, better sleep, less pain, and improved calm and focus. During this extra class, Jennifer will a 75-minute class designed specifically for issues common in many men such as tight shoulders, hips, and hamstrings so men new (or not so new) to yoga feel ready to try other classes at the studio. Students new to the studio pay $10 otherwise drop-in cost is $12.
The class is included with memberships.
